East/West Properties, Inc. was founded
in 2002 by Bob Shaw in Santa Cruz, CA. The first 2 years
were spent rehabbing mobile homes and single family houses
in Northern California. Bob met Loral Langemeier at the San
Jose REIA about five years ago. She spoke about matching
the right real estate strategy with the right market. Specifically,
Loral advocated setting up field teams in distant undervalued
markets and buying cash flow houses. Appreciation, if any,
would be a bonus.
 Bob
is the President and owner of East/West Properties, Inc., which
owns and manages over 100 cash flow properties in New York and
California . Bob is an active rehabber with over 50 properties
rehabbed and sold. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New
York State .
Bob is a wealth of experience and knowledge.
He has been coaching wealth building and real estate for over
2 years. As a member of Table 8, Bob bought over
120 houses using other people’s money (opm) and other
people’s credit (opc). East/West Properties raised
over $3,000,000 and currently owns over $12,000,000 of cash
flow real estate. East/West Properties is active in Syracuse,
NY; Buffalo, NY; Youngstown, Ohio; Jackson, Miss; Houston,
Texas, Modesto, CA and Santa Cruz, CA. We are

Curiel
Socorro is an active real estate investor and has
been investing for over 10 years. She currently owns
and manages various properties in California and New
York.
In addition to investing, Socorro has been teaching
real estate investing for over 5 years. She owns JumpStartREI.com,
an online education company that offers training and
coaching to people looking to get started with real
estate investing. She has written several articles
and e-books on learning to invest in real estate.

Heinl
Joe is a native of Northeast
Ohio living in the area for over 48 years. He has been investing
in real estate for over 4 years and is owner of JH
Enterprise, LLC which owns and manages various properties
in Ohio & South Florida. Joe has been actively
rehabbing, leasing and selling investment properties
in Ohio over the past two years.

 Annette
Kicinski
Annette Kicinski is an active real estate investor
in the Buffalo, NY area for nearly 10 years. She
currently owns and manages multiple properties providing
exceptional cash flow each month focusing on niche
rental markets. This has enabled her to
continue to build her wealth and add commercial properties
to her portfolio.
In conjunction with rehabbing real
estate, Annette is in the process of creating a coaching
company, 4 Wealth Builders, to assist people in building
their wealth through real estate. The process
will teach investors to start with single family homes
and two family homes and work their way up to commercial
properties.

Di Bridges
Di’s interest in real estate investing began in her mid-twenties. She has owned over 2 dozen homes and has taken part in numerous real estate-related ventures from note buying to negotiating short sales to fix and flips. Having been licensed as a real estate broker in Oregon, Arizona and Colorado, she has enjoyed assisting many people in finding real estate that suits their needs.
Currently, Di and her partner Nan Tennenbaum are fixing and flipping multiplexes in Columbus, Ohio. Columbus has a strong rental market and slow but consistent real estate appreciation. With Nan being a Columbus native it was the perfect choice of cities to begin buying, restoring and reselling rentals as a team. These properties are rehabbed to rental-ready condition before resale. Every property must pass the test of acquiring a solid positive cash flow for the end-buyer investor before Di and Nan will consider investing in the project themselves.
