Bob is the President and owner of East/West Properties, Inc., which owns and manages over 100 cash flow properties in New York and California . Bob is an active rehabber with over 50 properties rehabbed and sold. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State .

Bob is a wealth of experience and knowledge. He has been coaching wealth building and real estate for over 2 years. As a member of Table 8, Bob bought over 120 houses using other people’s money (opm) and other people’s credit (opc). East/West Properties raised over $3,000,000 and currently owns over $12,000,000 of cash flow real estate. East/West Properties is active in Syracuse, NY;  Buffalo, NY; Youngstown, Ohio; Jackson, Miss; Houston, Texas, Modesto, CA  and Santa Cruz, CA.  We are continually looking for field partners in undervalued markets around the US to join our network.

Bob holds a BA degree from Cornell University and an MBA degree from Harvard University.
